Well, if you don't mind me saying so, you also have the distinction of


being the only guy I was ever asked to fire at a business. You and I both worked at the Montgomery Free Press. I hope this isn't unpleasant but do know that I have no pride in having been conned into doing that. That was a superbly mismanaged and underfunded endeavor and your work was sacrificed so they could keep the Editor-in-Chief Williams' wife on the payroll to do the weekly horoscope.

And FWIW it wasn't too long after you left that I quit when I was asked to float them a loan so they could make payroll that week. I was the guy who did ad design and took the page layouts to the Martinsville Bulletin for printing.

Small world. Sure as hell looks like you landed on your feet.
